Most designs will take 5-7 business days for processing. This is where we fill every inch of them with sweet little kisses from me so that you will feel the love every time you wear them.
Please note that production times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or promotional periods. This is to allow for all the extra little kisses. From me.
Your thread colour options are soooo good but I've had such a great idea. Can I pick a different thread colour for my shirt?
That sounds sick! Just jam it in the order notes on your Cart page, and we'll do our utmost to find the perfect thread to match your idea.
As these would fall under a custom product and therefore be exempt from exchanges or returns, we would act to get confirmation from you before proceeding with the order creation. If we do not get a response within a reasonable time, we would move forward with the order using our best discretion.
Can I get a different size/colour than listed?

Is it horrible and scratchy and nasty?
No, because it would be pretty crazy to sell something like that. In fact, we don't put any labels inside the clothing products at all, because we know just how annoying they can be, especially if you're extra-sensitive to textures.
Do I need adult supervision to use this website?
Yes but we can't find one either.

Do you deliver internationally?
For now, we only operate in the UK. We're just a little business and it's a big big world out there, with a lot of big scary rules.
But don't even worry about it, because it'll happen! Keep an eye out on our instagram, or chuck your email onto the mailing list. We'll let everyone know about it as soon as we open up our operating area!
How much does shipping cost? Probably loads because you're such a high-quality, luxury brand I bet. And it probably takes forever too, like those OTHER brands.

What is my cool cool new clothing made of?
Shirts are made from 100% cotton. Heather grey shirts are 90% cotton, 10% polyester.
Sweatshirts and Hoodies are 80% combed cotton, 20% polyester, 100% reason to remember the name.
I just received my order and it's got some weird marks?
As part of the embroidery process, this may leave hoop marks in the fabric. This is normal and unfortunately unavoidable. We make every attempt to steam these out before sending, however sometimes we miss them. It's all good! They will come out as soon as the garment is washed, steamed or wiped with a damp cloth.
What's going on inside this shirt?
Embroidery stabiliser may still be attached to the back of your design! We use a stronger one for designs that need a little extra help, and it keeps it looking beautiful forever and ever. It will start to soften after the first wash, until you won't even notice it.
I got salsa/milkshake/various pasta sauces on it. Can I wash it?
No. It's called character.
It's full of soooo much 'character' and quite badly needs a wash now.
Ok don't panic. There are some things you can try.
- Have fun, be safe
- Take it off before washing
- Wash at 30°
- With similar colours
- Do not leave in the washing machine for four or five days. Or six.
- Do not use bleach
- Do not iron directly over any printed designs. Turn item inside out and iron on reverse.
I washed it great but the embroidery's gone all puckered!
Don't panic, this isn't permanent! Just give it a little iron or steam over the puckering, and it will flatten out. Or hang it up in the shower and leave your 'to be read' book pile on top of it.

Never iron directly onto printed designs. Always turn item inside out and iron on reverse.

That sucks! First off, I hope you're all goodie. Second, make sure you're within 14 days of delivery and head over to the Refunds, Returns and Exchanges page to get all the details on the returns process. Please make sure you read it carefully to understand what the process is, as every company can differ and as a small business, we cannot compete with blanket no-question returns like, say, Jeffy B from the Big A can.
